This demanding role for a top conference centre with over 200 rooms in Northamptonshire, requires a strongly experienced candidate with previous proven sales experience in hotels. You will be required to make proactive sales, drive the business forward, manage client accounts and manage the members within the sales team. 50% of the work is office based and 50% is face to face client interaction. Motivation, communication skills, team leading skills and high standards of sales ability are required for this excellent opportunity with benefits.
